What we collect:
We lawfully collect the personal information that is required for Sex Toys Emporium to function effectively. This includes such information as your name, address, telephone number email address and the product/s that you purchase, which is supplied by you when you request our products. This information is essential to allow us to complete your transaction and supply you with the goods requested. Additional information may be gathered through communications between us and you, in order to help serve you effectively. We do not gather any information about you that you do not personally supply yourself - your internet activities, including the products you view on sexytoysemporium.com.au, will not be explicitly recorded by us.

How we use your information:
We utilise the information that we collect for the purpose disclosed at the time of collection, and in order to assist you as requested. Generally, we will only use your personal information to establish and maintain your relationship as a customer of Sex Toys Emporium, to provide the products that you have requested from Sex Toys Emporium, to administer and manage those products requested, and to answer your inquiries. If requested by you, we may use your information to communicate special offers and new products to you by e-mail.

However, the internet is not always a secure method of transmitting information. Accordingly, Sex Toys Emporium cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to, or receive from us over the internet or for any unauthorised access or use of that information. Your transaction is processed using 128-bit encryption by our Global Transaction Server to help ensure your privacy and safety.

Similarly for cheques and money orders sent by traditional post, there is the unavoidable possibility of your information being accessed by others along the way. If you wish to increase the security of mailed orders, we suggest using registered post to allow you to track what is sent.

Changes to this Privacy Policy:
Occasionally, it may be necessary to review and revise our Privacy Policy. If/when this occurs, the amended version will be posed on www.saphireboutique.com.au, so we suggest that you regularly review our policy.

Minimum Required Information:
In order to best minimise the risk of credit card fraud and product our customers' security, we require that a minimum amount of information be supplied when placing orders by credit card.  While this minimum depends upon the circumstances of the order, we require at least three of:
- a fixed address
- a landline phone number
- an e-mail address that is not from a free server (such as Hotmail or Yahoo!)
- a full name
These details need not be supplied on the order form, and as such you are free to provide mobile or P.O. box addresses - however, if you do so we require that the fixed address/landline phone number be supplied in the additional information section of the order form.  This additional information will never be used to contact you or anyone else, and will not be transferred to any third party, unless ordered to do so by law.  If sufficient information is not supplied, we may request additional information, or may not be able to process your order.
